Jay-Z Wants Everyone To Kill Jesus?!
He must know he is bullshittin' because if he wasn't he would at least let the audience know the song, so they could see for themselves. But he doesn't. He said, "these guys release songs underground, and they do this kind of stuff, and we just happened to come across a very disturbing song by brother Jay-Z. It's a song he actually recorded and has a backwards message in it..."
Wrong.
Jay-Z did NOT record this song. DJ Danger Mouse took different parts of a song called "Lucifer" from Jay-Z's Black Album then reversed them and put the message in. Danger Mouse's CD was called "The Grey Album" and it was a mix of Jay-Z's "The Black Album" and the Beatles' "The White Album." It wasn't a true 'hidden message' because anyone who has heard the song knows it was meant to be played backwards. But more importantly Jay-Z had absolutely NOTHING to do with "The Grey Album."
G. Craige Lewis (the guy in the clip) is someone who proclaims that he "specializes in exposing the enemy." Yeah, such a specialist that he can't even figure out who released the material. You "exposed" the wrong guy, dumbass. Even worse is the fact that he might actually make money off this shit. But, I guess he's the one who looks like a fool in the end.
And the funny thing is, even if Jay-Z did record this "hidden message" he's just asking people to murder him, according to the minister. In the clip, Lewis says, "He [Jay-Z] believes that he is God." Yet, a minute later he claims Jay-Z released a message saying "murder Jesus." And since Jesus is God, Jay-Z is asking his listeners to kill him? O.K.
Sad thing is some people might actually feed into the shit he says. Don't be ignorant. Look into shit for yourself.
